COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BALL RECIPE OF DREAMS

I run by the phrase “Successful people have systems”. Without a system, it makes it really hard to keep the promises we make to ourselves.

That’s a very serious beginning to a protein ball recipe blog post, but I promise it has relevance. Because nutrition prep is a really important system if you want to have success with your wellbeing goals. That doesn’t specifically have to be meal prep, but it needs to be some kind of system. Book in your food like you book in your workouts - be that your grocery list, ordering through a meal prep company or whatever works for you.

This week I’m calling myself out on my lack of a system, leading to a failure to achieve my goals. So this recipe is one part of my system this week.

While Vera Method is at its core about Pilates, it’s the larger framework for wellbeing and a low stress life. I want to start sharing all the facets of that. If you try this recipe, definitely share it on social media and tag me so I can see your recreations!
